PROTOCOLS

I have protocols in place for the safety, wellbeing, and overall enjoyment of both parties while engaging in kink based dynamics. These protocols are non negotiable. Please take your time reading them so that you fully understand what my expectations are prior to, during, and after a dynamic has ended.

Communication Protocols
  • You are only allowed 10 messages with me until I archive the conversation if you have not applied or have not finished your application with me. MAKE THEM COUNT!
  • The dynamic partner will only communicate through a messaging platform of The Haute Mistress’s choosing or the email provided in writing, which is ***************@gmail.com.
  • The only messaging platform the dynamic partner may send communication through is:   GOOGLE CHAT via ***************@gmail.com.
  • The dynamic partner will refrain from sending communications between the hours of 10pm and 6am CST. 
  • The dynamic partner will use honorifics when communicating verbally or in written form with The Haute Mistress. The word “Mistress” is to be used in every response, not every sentence but per every response. Ask for clarification.
  • Poor communication due to bad grammar and/or punctuation will not be tolerated.
  • The dynamic partner is prohibited from using abbreviations in communicating with Mistress.The dynamic partner will only participate in phone/video calls when instructed to and will not make requests for them otherwise.
  • The dynamic partner is prohibited from recording photos, videos, and/or audio during phone/video calls.
  • The dynamic partner is to refrain from requesting photos and videos of Mistress.
  • The dynamic partner will cease communications immediately and permanently upon request by The Haute Mistress, whether that be verbal or in writing. The dynamic partner is to NEVER contact The Haute Mistress afterwards for any reason whatsoever.
Privacy Potocols
  • Observe and obey the Privacy Protocol that you signed for the dynamic, viewable in your portal.
  • Observe and obey the Non Disclosure Agreement that you signed for the dynamic, viewable in your portal.
  • Observe and obey the Drama Free Dynamic Contract that you signed for the dynamic, viewable in your portal.
Consent Protocols
  • The dynamic partner must give their written consent to engage in a dynamic with The Haute Mistress.
  • The dynamic partner must notify The Haute Mistress in writing should consent ever be withdrawn for any reason at any time.
  • Changing the dynamic partner’s consent to activities previously consented to must be done in writing by the dynamic partner.
  • Initiating and/or engaging in activities outside of the written kink/fetish list provided by The Haute Mistress goes against her consent.
  • The dynamic partner will provide STD testing and/or STD test results upon request at their own expense. 
  • The dynamic partner will provide proof of a government issued ID upon request.
  • Providing false, misleading, or outdated information in any way prior to, during, or after a dynamic has ended is a violation of The Haute Mistress’s consent.
  • Lying by the dynamic partner in any way about anything, dynamic related or not, is a violation of The Haute Mistress’s consent and will not be tolerated.
  • The dynamic partner engaging in intimate and/or sexual activity with others without written permission by The Haute Mistress is a violation of her consent. Permission slips are provided for this activity only upon written request.
Behavior Protocols
  • The dynamic partner will arrive on time for all meetings and play sessions. Not earlier, not later. Exactly at the designated meeting time. 
  • The dynamic partner will always conduct themselves as a gentleman both during sessions and outside of sessions in vanilla settings. This includes opening doors, saying thank you and yes/no ma’am, carrying heavy things, and similar type behavior associated with being a gentleman. 
  • The dynamic partner will always interact with Mistress in a positive and pleasant manner.
  • The dynamic partner will refrain from making emotional comments that cause friction in the dynamic.
  • The dynamic partner will apologize when they have misbehaved.
  • The dynamic partner will refrain from liking and commenting on images or videos posted of cisgender females on kink platforms and/or forums, including but not limited to FetLife and sub Reddits.
  • Canceling a vanilla meet, date, or play session must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled meet. You are allowed ONE (1) reschedule. If you cancel or move the reschedule or canceling becomes a habit with you I will not longer engage with you in any way, and that includes communication.
Health/Hygiene Protocols
  • Missing more than 3 std check ins results in retesting.
  • The dynamic partner is required to complete a 10 panel std test every 90 days or once they have reached 3 partners since their last test, whichever comes sooner. www.STDcheck.com is the preferred testing agency. 
  • Failure to complete retesting within 14 calendar days of request will result in the dynamic ending.
  • Failure to provide your STD testing results in a verifiable manner when requested will result in the dynamic being ended immediately.
  • Your hands and nails need to be kept clean and manicured at all times. There should never be dirt or debris under your nails and they should be kept trim with nail clippers and then filed and buffed so that they are smooth and not sharp on the edges.
General Protocols
  • The dynamic partner will not voice their opinions regarding protocol, rules, orders, tasks, or instructions outside of instances where it might violate the dynamic partner’s limits or consent. The dynamic partner may ask for clarification.
  • When a dynamic partner cannot obey or perform a task within the comfort levels of the previously discussed dynamic specifications they must speak up and tell The Haute Mistress.
  • The Haute Mistress is not a “Pay for Play” Domme/Mistress and will not tolerate being approached or treated like one. 
  • Gifts of any kind are considered as just that: A GIFT. Any gift received from the dynamic partner hold no expectations or designated owed value by their receipt. Sending a gift and expecting something in return is considered “Pay for Play” and will not be tolerated.
  • You are financially responsible YOUR side of the dynamic. That means you are expected to provided your own toys, lube, wardrobe, bondage gear, travel expenses, and dining out. It also means that you are expected to pay at least 50% of any joint expenses, such as hotel reservations.
  • Vacations will be observed and respected. The dynamic partner will limit their communication during this time as instructed by The Haute Mistress. 
  • Holiday season will be observed and respected, this means limited communication at times as well as observing the customs and traditions surrounding holidays. 
  • The dynamic partner will not engage in any behavior or act that puts The Haute Mistress in situations where police or legal is involved. The dynamic partner will conduct themselves in a manner that prevents police or legal involvement in any way whatsoever. Failure to do so is a major violation of consent and will result in legal action by The Haute Mistress with the sub being liable for damages including financial. 
  • The dynamic will automatically expire at the completion of the dynamic length specified during negotiation unless it is renewed in writing by both parties. All rules and protocols are still active after a dynamic has expired and must be observed and followed.
Pre Session Grooming Protocol
  • Any body that is not under arm hair, should be trimmed short with a body hair groomer or clippers with a 1/2 inch or 12mm guard OR SHORTER, unless otherwise specified.
  • Use a razor to shave smooth the shaft of your penis and balls. 
  • Make sure that any area within a 4 inch radius of your penis are shaven completely smooth.
  • Your anus should also be shaved smooth with a razor within a 4 inch radius.
  • Your face needs to be freshly shaven if you do not keep a beard.
  • If you keep a beard or any type of facial hair, you are to groom that facial hair so that it is tidy and shave clean the areas surrounding it so that it looks neat.
  • You will need to do an enema prior to showering.
  • You will shower and exfoliate your entire body, including your face, prior to leaving your home to meet me for a session. You need to use an exfoliating body scrub brush with an exfoliating scrub in the shower to remove all dead skin from your body and face.
  • Your hands, feet, and nails MUST BE MANICURED. This means the nails need to be trimmed short, filed, and buffed so that there are no sharp edges. Your hands and feet need to be smooth and callous free, preferably moisturized with lotion and cuticle oil. I highly suggest you get a manicure and pedicure within 3 days of a session. 
Pre Session Hygiene Protocol
  • If you did not have time before arriving to the session to do an enema you will do one now. This will take 15-30 minutes to complete so I would prefer you do it prior to sessions.
  • You will shower thoroughly using the hygiene products Mistress has given you. Exfoliate using the scrubber provided. Make sure you clean everything TWICE with soap and fully rinse off. Shampoo your hair twice to remove any product or buildup.
  • After showering apply the moisturizing products Mistress has given you to your body and face.
  • Brush your teeth for a minimum of 3 minutes making sure to remove any food or buildup on your teeth.
  • Rinse your mouth with mouthwash for 30 seconds after brushing your teeth.
  • Wash your hands for 3 minutes using Hibiclens soap. Use the nail brush provided by Mistress to thoroughly scrub your nail beds and under your fingernails to remove any dirt and debris. Your nails and hands WILL be inspected prior to the session starting so if you have any hang nails or need to use clippers and a nail file now is your last opportunity.
  • Before exiting the bathroom inspect yourself in the mirror and make sure everything is the way Mistress prefers. If not make adjustments.
Post Session Hygiene Protocol
  • You will shower thoroughly using the hygiene products Mistress has given you. Make sure you clean everything TWICE with soap and fully rinse off.
  • After showering apply the moisturizing products Mistress has given you to your body and face.
  • Brush your teeth again and rinse your mouth with mouthwash for 30 seconds afterwards.
Pre/Post Session Toy Cleaning Protocol
  • Remove all barrier products (condoms) and dispose of them into the trash.
  • Thoroughly wash all toys with the foaming soap dispenser containing HIBICLENS soap.
  • Set the washed toys to the side to dry while you are cleaning the other toys.
  • Once you have washed all the toys with HIBICLENS soap take the toys one by one and apply 90% rubbing alcohol to all surfaces of the toy. Take care around charging ports on battery operated toys.
  • Set the toys aside on a new unused clean towel to dry as you sanitize them.
  • Once you have finished applying the alcohol to each toy wash them again using the HIBICLENS soap in the foaming soap dispenser.
  • You will need another clean unused and DRY towel to set each toy onto after you finish washing it with soap for the second time.
  • All toys are to air dry and are considered fully sanitized at this point.
  • Once all toys have fully air dried place them into NEW unused ziplock bags provided by Mistress for storage.
